ADVERTISEMENT AND SPONSORSHIP POLICY
Website: SurakshitBharatAbhiyan.org
Proprietor: The Surakshit Bharat Abhiyan (SBA)
The Surakshit Bharat Abhiyan (SBA) is committed to maintaining the integrity of its mission—to promote a culture of security and loss prevention across the nation. This Advertisement and Sponsorship Policy outlines the principles governing the acceptance and display of advertisements and promotional content on the SurakshitBharatAbhiyan.org website to ensure they align with our non-commercial ethos and commitment to public trust.
1. Purpose and Integrity
1.1. Mission Alignment: The SBA will only consider advertisements or sponsorships from organizations, products, or services that are consistent with our core mission of promoting safety, security, loss prevention, national resilience, and responsible citizenship.
1.2. Ethical Standards: Advertisements must adhere to all applicable laws and regulations and must not be discriminatory, misleading, deceptive, offensive, or harmful to the public interest. The SBA explicitly reserves the right to reject any advertisement that conflicts with its nationalistic, public service, or professional values, or which could compromise the integrity of the mission.
1.3. No Endorsement: The presence of an advertisement or sponsored content on this website does not constitute an endorsement or recommendation of the advertised product, service, or organization by The Surakshit Bharat Abhiyan (SBA) or any of its associated professionals.
2. Editorial Independence and Separation
2.1. Clear Distinction: The SBA strictly maintains a firewall between its editorial and operational content and its advertising/sponsorship content. All advertisements will be clearly and unambiguously identified.
2.2. Labeling: All paid promotional content, including banner ads, sponsored articles, or partner logos, will be explicitly marked with labels such as “Advertisement,” “Sponsored Content,” “Promoted,” or “Our Partners.”
2.3. Editorial Influence: No advertiser or sponsor will be allowed to influence the mission’s core content, educational programs, or editorial decisions. Content decisions are made independently by the SBA team and its professional network.
3. Unacceptable Content
The SBA will not accept advertisements or sponsorships that fall into any of the following categories:
- Content related to political campaigns, parties, or highly sensitive, polarizing public issues.
- Content related to firearms, pornography, gambling, tobacco, or illegal drugs.
- Content that is libelous, slanderous, abusive, or promotes hate speech or discrimination based on race, gender, religion, national origin, or sexual orientation.
- Content that promotes any activity or information that is contrary to the SBA’s mission of comprehensive safety, security, and loss prevention.
4. Right to Refuse and Remove
4.1. Right of Refusal: The SBA retains the sole right to determine the types of advertising and sponsorship that will be accepted and displayed on its website.
4.2. Right of Removal: The SBA reserves the right to remove any advertisement at any time, with or without prior notification, if it determines, in its sole discretion, that the advertisement is no longer in compliance with this policy, has become misleading, or is detrimental to the SBA’s mission or public image. If an advertisement is removed for reasons other than violation of this policy, the SBA will work with the advertiser to find an equitable resolution.
5. Review and Updates
This policy is subject to change at the sole discretion of the SBA management. All changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website.
