During IIT Kanpur’s Techkriti festival, real dogs interacted with Muks Robotics’ AI-powered Robotic dog in a viral video, showcasing a playful and curious encounter between the animals and the innovative robot.

Muks Robotics, a company that designs and manufactures AI-powered general purpose robots.

Mukesh has captioned the video simply as: “Funny incident happened with
robot dog vs real dog”. The viral Instagram video posted on March 16 has
garnered thousands of likes.

The video shows a curious stray dog cautiously approaching the robotic canine. The robot, equipped with advanced AI, reciprocates the playfulness, even flipping onto its back in a gesture that mimicked real dog behavior. The interaction seemingly soon attracts the attention of other stray dogs who join in and circle the robotic newcomer, attempting to understand its presence in their territory. The robot too appears to be excited seeing the dogs and even flipped on its back, like dogs do.
