It takes dedication and courage to start a business , I used to draw comics in my school days, I left engineering and joined economics, stats math to start my business when I was a teenager. I only had INR 49 in pocket.

I started an academy in my small room, started teaching students on code and technology, animation and editing, management and multiple programming courses, I never stopped .

Started production of games with only 4 people in my company – it was 1998 .
I did my masters degree in tech, finance certifications while running both VR and game development , designing, websites dev, app development and running our institutions in several parts of India .

I used to travel to Sundarbans in weekends, opened an institute there in village, there was power-cut, we used generator to run computer to train students.

I never said I don’t have time to study, I did multiple global certification – till date I read, code, wrote books , travel, meet, cook, draw, paint , workout.

2008, I started investing in startups, opened our own network of angels, started platform for startups to grow in 2016, opened our own business accelerator 3 years back to give back to the community with amazing people on board.

We took risk of hiring models and actors in our games to become superhero’s.

That time there was no photographer in Kolkata who understood how to shoot for game characters in 3D – so I learned and trained.

I’ve been helping multiple business to grow, worked in several industry due to my polymath character, like

Technology – AI , Game Development, Blockchain, IOT, Cybersecurity, Animation , VR, AR, MR, Webapps , OTT making , Microprocessor , Ultrabook , Deepfake , NFT etc .. founder of India’s first game development company 1998.

I don’t understand the concept called :

If an investor invests money then we will make millions ..how will someone trust you if you can’t invest your time and own money and wait for someone to give money where you just want to burn ?

Your business is not about valuation – funding is not business , winning BPlan is not the end of story , neither showing your face in TV show is winning the life battle .

We made platform for actors, models designers, photographers, directors to get work, get hired and for companies we make brand shoot, ads, digital marketing.
